Why structure Cross Team PI planner board doesn't display all relevant issues?

I've created a board for Sprint PI planning.

I've created relevant teams and used an existing board and a JQL filter.

I see in the backlog all relevant items but one.

This one item (An Epic) can be seen on the Jira board and while running the filter but for some reason is not shown in the structure board

The first thing I can think to check is if you have the option to "Load more" at the bottom of your backlog list.

Have you already tried searching for the issue through the JQL query at the top of the backlog issues?

If you don't have the load more option and you have already tried unsuccessfully to search the issue, I would recommend reaching out to our support team directly through our customer portal.
