Why some Jira fields are not showed at Richfilters (Dynamic Filters)?

Hi everyone

Why some Jira fields (As example ´Portfolio Epic´ or ´Parent Link´) are not showed at Richfilters (Dynamic Filters)? 

Is there a way to allow the selecion of those fields using the ´Dynamic Filter´ option?

If you're not seeing the custom field there, it's likely not supported by the app.  https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/RFP/pages/803405830/Configuring+Dynamic+Filters#%5BinlineExtension%5DSupported-fields-%26-compatibility-with-third-party-apps

I suggest opening a support request with the vendor if you think there is a problem or want to know if a 3rd party will be supported in future versions.
