Why progress bar is not visible in Epics column on agile board (backlog)?

I have created agile board, but a progress bar for each epic in Epics column is disable. What should be done to make it active and visible?

It works with me in a Kanban Board too.

Ah, but I think that the differences here are related to the environments, its exit on cloud but not on server version !
