I went into https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/import-data-from-json/ and copied the example because I wanted to try it in the JSON File import area. But the import file don't work.

Hi @Ronni_Lou -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The information shown on that documentation page is an example, with example values of users, project keys, etc.  I would not expect it to work without changes.  Please try updating it to match your site instance values.

And also, it is possible that after the privacy changes for GDPR that you cannot import user names, but instead need to use the account ID values for the users.

Kind regards,
Bill
