Why is this error Occurring on New Navigation?

I had a teammate reach out to me today that is getting the following error when clicking the drop downs at the top of the page. This isn't happening for anyone else and she is able to see her starred dashboards when she turns off the New Navigation. Has anyone seen this or know what the problem could be? Thanks!

No. Using both cloud and server.

What happens if your teammate tries from another browser? or from another work station? Does the problem still occur?

Isolating if this problems persist with her user or her system setup.
