Hi there community, On a certain project, the workflow on tickets already created only allows me to see 1 option (W/O on hold). When we create new tickets on this project for the same "assembly" process, we can see and select 2 options (W/O ON HOLD.....as well as W/O IN PROGRESS." I am a Jira admin, and can see both options in the older workflow tickets, but when logged in as a normal user or any other role (besides Jira admin) you can only see half the workflow options. See below screenshots.
I went through the audit log but could not find anything relating to this that was done.

Okay, thanks. And that's what I figured was the problem. Change the All of the following conditions drop down to the Any of the following conditions option. Be sure to publish the changed workflow.
