Using Atlassian Admin/Access, from the Directory tab, we deleted a managed User Account. Then we canceled the deletion by mistake.
Now we want to delete it (for real this time), but the option to delete is greyed out.
Is there a waiting period, or some other reason why we cannot delete it now?
