Why is the Burndown report showing the legend all along the top of the graph?

When I run the burndown report the burndown chart legend is stretched along the top of the chart, obscuring the left top side of the graph. This just happened with the release of the new UI.. concidence? I'm seeing this in latest version of Google Chrome.

Same problem in Data Center version v8.13.0#813000.
