Why is our Backlog not displaying correctly?

About a week ago, our project Backlog board starting having display issues.  Issue icons were huge, wrapping was all messed up, it was all over the place basically making the backlog list unmanageable.

One of the failing API calls says “message: “User is not enrolled in message ‘navV3-onboarding-spotlight-tour"

Why did this start happening?  It seems we can work around it by navigating throughout the rest of JIRA and landing back into the Backlog -- sometimes this works and sometimes it doesn't.  It's hit or miss.

Any help would be appreciated.

Just for a better understanding of the issue, I would like to know if you can share with us a screenshot of how the icons look like, so we can also test here.

Is it happening on a next-gen or a classic project?

If it's a classic, there is a known bug where the issue types icons are bigger than it should be:

• Custom issue type icons not showing the correct size on some screens

Is it happening on different projects or it's only a specific one?

Not sure if it would affect, but have you tested using another browser?
