Why is my Visual Composer API Code not working?

I bought Visual Composer on Envato.com and have found the API key. But the API key doesn't work when I try to  login to the Visual Composer account for support and the newest update. Does anyone know why this might be??

Nope, and you might want to try asking in a visual composer support forum, not in a questions site for Atlassian products.

Or, explain how this actually relates to an Atlassian thing.
