Dear Team,
It's been a week that I can't comment on already opened JIRA tickets, nor assigne it to anyone else. In fact the JIRA page opens and I cannot do anything about it, it doesn't even scroll down. However, I can create new tickets normally.
Please help.

At first, that sounds like someone changed your permissions, but the "scroll" problem suggests something else.
Could you try a different browser?

I wanted to try to open it from Internet Explorer but it just couldn't open. It was giving me wrong password, however, I was sure to use the right one.

Exactly, I can login with Google Chrome.
I have been using Jira for the past 6 months & this is the first time this happens to me. It's been a week I am facing this issue. Yesterday I had an update for Google Chrome, I thought it might be it the problem, but nothing changed even after the update.
I can login new tickets and assing them, but whenever I open an already existing ticket assigned to me I get the below. And I cannot scroll down to comment nor click to assign it to someone else.
