I have gone through extensive effort and put in way too much time to attempt to downgrade from Premium to Standard. I had even been explicitly told by an Atlassian representative that they would downgrade my subscription, but they lied, maintained my Premium plan, and now when I try to follow their online steps to downgrade from Jira Premium to Jira Standard for 50 users, I'm told one set of instructions, but when I follow the prompts as described, I end up in constant, never-ending loops.
Why is this the case?

Are you the org admin of your Cloud instance?
If yes, go the admin.atlasisan.com, select Billing, select Jira and then use the Change Plan button.
The create a support ticket, via the provided button and provide the details stated.
