Why is it not possible to move multiple issues at once?

Hello,

Since the last Jira "update", I'm unable to batch move issues - the option is simply not available in the (...) menu where it used to reside.

To clarify, I am able to move issues one by one - but I have dozens to move and this is just not practical.

Could you please let me know how do to this? The help seems to refer to the old feature which doesn't seem to be available anymore.

Jonathan,

1. Not all issues can transition to the same status.

2. Could be the issues are using different workflows.

3. Could be there are conditions that need to be met before transitioning the issues.

Same problem when selecting issues in the same status and of same type using the same workflow.

And there is no issue with transitioning the issues 1 by 1.

So it's neither 1, nor 2, nor 3.
