Why is a story in Jira shown as finished (name strikethough) although tasks of the story still open?

Hi Tom,

an issue that is shown like that has a resolution set. The strikethrough does not mean, that the issue has reached the end status of its workflow. 

If you set a resolution somewhere in a status before it is finished, it will be shown like this.
