Why is a Project Lead/Admin still seeing the old project name in Jira after I have renamed it?

I renamed a project in Jira (on prem). I updated the board name and the filter to reflect the new name.

The Project Lead is also a Jira Admin however she is only able to see the project listed by its old name.

I can see the new renamed project/board and the other team members can as well.

We have tried different browsers including deleting cache to try to correct the issue.

Suggestions?

You can delete this question.  User error.
