Why i cant switch to Jira Software from other apps

I have access to Jira service management, Jira work Management and bitbucket.

But i cant access Jira Software.

Please let me know what is required to get this access.

Hi @Priyanka 

Please go to https://start.atlassian.com/. If you don't see Jira software there this mean that you don't have assigned license.

You need to have license assigned from each product. Can you check if you have this?

You don't have the access to the Jira software product So we can't access the Jira software.

Now you have access to Jira service management, Jira work Management and bitbucket because you have the 3 product access.

Please let me know what is required to get this access.

:- Please contact with your Jira admin to give the below listed permission

1. Jira software product access
2. Jira software users access
3. If required the Project access
