Why don't the done tasks within a sprint automatically delete after the sprint has been completed?

How can I make my "done" tasks disappear automatically after the sprint has been completed?

As they automatically now remain in the next sprint.

When you complete the sprint, are the "done" issues in the "done" column (the last column on the right hand side of the board, doesn't matter what it is called)

Is the resolution field set? The issue ID will have a strikethrough when a resolution is set. If not, you need to set the resolution in the transition to 'done' either by presenting a screen for the user to select a resolution or a post function to set it automatically
