In slack, I have used a "/jira create" command and I have put the task to be in "Backlog" table. However, the task is created, but it is not visible in the according table in "Board" view.
Hi @Vladislav Sinkevitch
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
There can be different root causes, which can lead to this.
Please check these points in order to understand where the issue comes from.
1. Check that the issue type you created from Slack matches what the board’s JQL includes.
2. Check that the Backlog status is mapped with the Backlog column.
3. Check the quick filters or grouping (by assignee/epic), and check the correct swimlane. They can hide the ticket.
Hey there, I think we should check several settings to figure out the root cause:
Go to your board → Board settings → General → Filter Query.
Make sure the filter includes the project and issue type you’re creating from Slack.
Go to Board settings → Columns.
Ensure the "Backlog" status is mapped to the "Backlog" column (or the appropriate column).
After creating the issue via Slack, open it in Jira and check:
Project
Issue type
Status
Sometimes, boards need to be refreshed to show new issues.
