Many things don't work in Jira, but this is just infuriating.

Yes we have a Cloud licence.

Hello @nellob

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Are you paying for your subscription or using a Free subscription?

Customers using free subscriptions are not allowed to open support cases.

If your using a paid subscription, are you the Organization Admin, Application Admin, or Technical Contact? Users who are non-admins cannot open support cases directly with Atlassian. They need to refer the problem to their admins who can open I case if they are unable to solve the problem themselves.

You can also describe your problem here in the community and other members can offer advice.

Hi @nellob !  Welcome to the Atlassian community!

First off, which plan are you on?  Free Jira doesn't have access to Atlassian support, only the paid (Standard, Premium, Enterprise) plans do.

Paid subscription. Maybe we should cancel and get the same level of support?
