Why does Firestorm tell me that video card needs updating when it is updated?

I recently had a new  PC hard drive installed and then when I go to Firestorm and reinstall the Firestorm viewer, it is unable to run it because it says that the video card needs to be updated and in fact the video card is up-to-date.

What is the cause of this and how can i fix?  Prior to my hard drive failing and a new one getting installed, I had downloaded the latest Firestorm viewer and it was working on my desktop.

You may have ended up in the wrong community, this one is for Atlassian tools. It looks like The Phoenix Firestorm Project is using Jira for bugs. Here is a link to Firestorm's support page, they should be able to help you.

I think you need to explain what this has to do with Jira (or other Atlassian software)
