Hello! I can see the created and updated date on Jira issues, but my users only see 'Last week'. Our spaces are company managed spaces and schemes are shared across spaces. How do I update so they can see the actual dates?
I checked permissions and they have access to Browse Projects and Issues so should be able to see the created and updated dates on the issue.
See below to know what I am referring to (this is my view - my users only see 'Last Week' here).
Hi @Natalie Cotela By default, Jira shows relative dates (e.g. “Last week”) instead of the exact date/time.
To see the actual date and time, simply:
Jira will toggle the display and show the exact date and time (and you can click again to switch back).
There’s no permission or scheme setting required for this.

Short answer: there is no configuration option to display actual versus relative date / time values.
This feature has been requested for at least a decade, and here are a couple of related suggestions in case you want to watch them for any progress:
Kind regards,
