Why did someone receive a notification on the JIRA I created

Hi,

I created a Change Request in JIRA yesterday and someone who is not related to the JIRA I created got notified of the Change request that I did.

May I know why someone can receive an email from JIRA without the requestor tagging his/her name in the JIRA request?

I recommend checking first the notification helper to understand why the user is receiving the notification.

The notification scheme controls who is notified for every event, including creation. The must be in a role or group notified upon creation.
