Why cant I see all of my issues in the board? only some limited items are visible

Hi, I have created about 10 epics, all of them contain issues, but when I go to my board to see the epics grouped issues, only 5 of the epics and their corresponding issues are visible and the rest are not visible. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong, or what to do so that all of the epics with their corresponding issues are displayed in the board?

which is use appear on the board is based on the board filter. Click on the three dots menu in the upper right and choose board settings.

in the general tab, check to see what the board filter queries and adjust that as necessary.
