So, we did switch from Jira to Jira Cloud, and a much used option to @ people in comments, are gone. The global permission is there, but we still not seem able to do this. Any tips?
Hi @Ståle Mogstad ,
The problem may be caused from below reasons. Can you please check each of one of these.
Thanks,

Hi @Ståle Mogstad , you mention being able to mention people in “notes”. Do you mean Comments? To be able to mention someone in an issue’s comments the person must be part of the project, i.e. have permissions to browse, etc.

Comments, thank you @Jack Brickey .We have members from the company, and from other companies in the project. All have access to the project. All but one is either a member og admin in the project. We can't @ people in any of our projects. We have checked with suppport, and the global permission to do so is there.
