Why can't my team fill in a custom field I created?

I created a custom field called "code reviewer", to be filled in with the team member responsible for carrying out the code review of the activity when it arrives in the step column. However, as much as I can fill in the field normally, my team has reported that they can access the field, but when typing by the name of the other team members, no results are displayed. Does anyone know what could be going on?

Hi @Hícaro Sindeaux and welcome to the Community!

Your team members need browse users global permission. You can verify if they have that in Jira settings > System > Global permissions.

Hope this helps!
