I have set up Jira and Ally so that my OKRs from Ally get updated from Jira. I should be able to see the OKRs in Jira, but all I see is a "You don't have access to an Ally account, reach out to your admin".
I have an Ally account and Jira Admin access. Why can I not see my OKRs in Jira?
