Why can't I edit project settings?

I'm an owner and all of  a sudden I can not edit project settings for everything. Why would this be?

are you a site-admin or project admin? if project admin are you the project admin for those projects that do not have the ellipses?

I'm a site admin. Some things don't make sense to me. It should be the highest level yet I don't have the ability to reset PWs now? I've always been able to update the settings of every project in the past. I'd be awesome if someone from JIRA was available but it seems they removed this support?

well you can prompt for reset of pwd on yourself. :-) 

you should be able to for others.

now back to the issue at hand...

is it possible that you are on premium and maybe these projects have been Archived or Trashed? I'm on Standard an unsure how that works or would appear in the Project screen.
