Why can't I browse the attachment preview anymore in Jira issues?

In the past I was able to go through multiple attachments of an issue, in the attachment preview, by clicking the left arrow icon (previous attachment) or the right arrow icon (next attachment). I can't see the icons anymore, so in order to see previous and next attachment I have to close the preview and click on the thumbnail of the attachment I want to see.

This is because of "New Issue View", Atlassian is adding features to it.

You can fall back to old ui to check if features exists there.

Yes, I thought it's because of the new UI. But I'm wondering if it's only a problem of few due to certain configuration, a bug, or the arrows are just not there because Atalassian didn't implemented the feature...
