Why can't I add transitions between statuses on a draft workflow?
What on earth is the point of a 'draft' workflow if I cannot actually make any tangible edits to it?
Why do I have to copy or disable my workflow scheme before making edits? That means I just have to jump through more hoops for no apparent reason. There is literally no benefit to me. This just wastes my time and complicates implementing a solution that works for me.
Why can't I just add a transition to an existing workflow? I'm the admin of the workflow. If I want to do it, let me.
This makes absolutely no sense...
Hi Aleksander,
Yeah, that frustrates me, too. It's usually due to there not being an already existing outflow from the status that you are adjusting.
The only solution is to copy the workflow, make the changes to the inactive copy, then add the new workflow into the existing workflow scheme to replace the existing workflow.
That is some of the worst UX I could imagine for this.
