One of my colleagues can't access jira, and today during sprint planning myself and the others could not add any tickets. Whats up with Jira? We can't plan our sprint.
We need more info to help...
depending on the answers you may need to contact Atlassian support, e.g. this just started happening over night and no one can create issues. Otherwise it is likely a permissions issue.

You can't add ticket to the sprint ? If so you need some permission (edit issue and schedule issue) make sure you have them.
