I am trying to assign a ticket to a member of the team and am getting the error (see screenshot).I have checked permissions they are the same as others who i can assign tickets to.

The user must be granted the Assignable User permissions.
If it is a Service Desk project, the user must have the Service Desk Agent license.
I have mirrored their access same as someone else and the other person can have tickets assigned to them.
