Why can I only see issue types Task, and Epic under one project when all the others show "Bugs"

I have about 10 projects in my Jira console.   In one of them, under Create Issue, it only shows Tasks and Epics, when I need Bugs as well.

Projects can be configured to offer different sets of issue types.

Have a look to the bottom left, you should see "you're in a Company-managed project" or "team-managed project"

For both, go to project settings, and look for "issue types".  TMPs will list all the currently available ones straight away, but CMPs will refer you to their "issue type scheme".

Project admins can change the TMP lists, but you'll need to ask a Jira admin to swap your project to a more suitable issue type scheme (or modify the current one, which may affect other projects)
