When uploading a screenshot or screen recording, it seems to freeze and doesn't load up to post in the comments area. This only appears to happen on my Mac laptop which is updated and it was never an issue up until 2 weeks ago. My internet connection is fine, as it works on the iPad.
I now have to get onto my iPad and submit everything through that or airdrop pics/videos.
Sometimes, very intermittently though, I can manage to upload a screenshot or document. When I can do this, it is a cause for celebration and such into thin air.
Thanks,
Chris
Hi @Chris Theodoridis ,
What I can suggest is if you are using safari, try Chrome in an Incognito window. Or you can just clear the browser cache and cookies and give it a try. It will be tough to replicate the issue provide the exact solution now as I am on a Windows machine.

Bibek

Hi @Bibek Behera ,
Working on Chrome, still not Safari. I cleared my Cache.
It was working on Safari, why is it not working on there now?

Hi @Chris Theodoridis ,
I do not have a mac handy with me to try the same. I would suggest you to reach out to atlassian support so that they can help if there is any compatibility issue recently.

The problem here is likely to be with your mac or network, not Confluence. As the error is happening on your end of the convection and other people are not experiencing it.
