Why are the status columns not showing the correct total number of tasks?

Since Monday, March 3rd, the numbers displayed in the status columns, which should reflect the total number of tasks in each column - have been showing incorrect totals.

how can we fix that? Anyone can help please? Thank you

Hi @Anna Sanchez 

Are there quick filters activated on the board.

Also check the filter on the board, does it take issues from multiple projects, do you have access to all projects.

Check the board columns are there workflow statuses used that you are not using in your project?

If you are not the project admin, check if there have been changes made on the board or the filter used by the board.

• no multiple projects on the board 
• board column is the workflow statuses used

It was all working fine last week

Welcome! Like others have said. It will usually come down to filters if the number doesn't match up. If you can share your board and quick fitlers, we maybe able to help narrow down the issue further.

As you can all see below the filter is the 'Status' and there is no option to select 'None'.  Weird thing is the number is correct if we use the mobile app.
