I'm a content designer - I sometimes clone design tickets and move them to my board. Today, there were 3 tickets that various team members did this with, to put things on my board. None of the tickets are visible on my board, however, and we can't figure out why.

I have some questions for you as well.
Do you know if this is a company-managed or team-managed project?
Does the project have more than one issue type?
If so, do the issue types have different workflows?
For example, it may be that the hidden tickets have a different workflow and you need to toggle the view of the board to see them.
If you feel comfortable, it would also be helpful if you can share a screenshot, also anonymised is fine.

I'm not sure what to take a screenshot of, since the issues are missing.
There is only one type of issue, so when you move them to the new board there's only one option. At first I thought it was user error for a colleague who had not done this before, but even when I did it they were no longer showing up on my board.
Also, is there a way to contact customer service? I couldn't find one.
