Hy, I use JIRA cloud and facing one timezone trouble.
When I post something, post's datetime will be sometimes UTC, sometimes JST（Japan Standart Time. GMT +09:00）.
For example,
I put the comment to the task on April 20, 10:32.
Then the comment's date time is displayed as April 20, 10:32.（It is JST. This is I Expected.）
Next time I put another comment to the same task on April 20, 14:00.
Then the second comment's date time is displayed as April 20, 05:00.（It is somehow UTC!）
My Account settings -> Timezone is Asia/Tokyo.
Does someone know how to solve this problem?
