Why are certain columns in my Jira filter showing up blank when exporting to google sheets?

In the past, simply changing the view of the filter fixed this, or removing or re adding. But lately nothing works and I am missing important info in my export. In my current situation, 2 fields are blank, but last week they exported fine.

Just for a better understanding of the issue and also for us to try to replicate the issue here, I would like to know the fields that are showing blank on Google Sheets.

Is it happening only when using the Google Sheets export? 

If you export to CSV, are the fields showing the correct value?

Is it happening always for the same fields or is it random?

The fields are : "Sponsor" and "First Patient In" It happens for export to google sheets and excel. I've had similar issues in the past, but for now these two fields wont export. Didnt have this issue last week using the same filter and I havent changed anything.

Are those fields generated by an add-on?

Can you share with us what is the type of those two fields? Then we can create the same fields here to test.

Not sure if it's an add on, what do you mean by the type?

they were not generated by an add-on, the fields are "Sponsor" and "Date sent to customer"

The type of the custom field can be found on Cog icon > Issues > Custom fields:

This is just for us to create the same type of custom fields here to test.

I tested here but both of the fields show the values when I export to Google Sheets.

As a test, can you please uninstall and install the Jira add-on from Google Sheets?

On Sheets, go to Add-ons > Manage add-ons.

Do the fields have data when viewing the issues in Jira?

Are there other Date and Text fields that are correctly exported?

Is it happening when other users follow the same steps to export to Google Sheets?

Yes they have data in Jira, yes others with date and text fields export fine and yes other users are having these issues. I am not able to uninstall the extension for some reason, the uninstall button is grey.

Since we can't replicate the same issue here, it would be better to access your Jira site to check the root cause.
