Why am I unable to add the billing address?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
While adding the billing address, I am receiving the pop up of incorrect details, But the details are correctr and updated as per the govt cert. My last billing date is tomorrow.
Will be helpful if I could make the payment today.
