Why am I not able to create forms in jira eventhough the button is enabled

Form option is there in jira scrum board, when I try to click on create form, no reponse.

Could you clarify if the form you're referring to is the built-in Jira Forms builder?

If you meant the native Jira Forms feature, here are a few things to check:

1. Make sure you have the Administer Projects permission for this specific project.
2. Try opening the form builder in an Incognito/Private window or disabling browser extensions (ad blockers or script blockers can sometimes prevent the modal from popping up).
3. Check if the issue occurs in a different browser or if refreshing the page helps clear any temporary UI cache.
