Why am I getting these error messages when trying to download to Excel or excel xlxs.

I have always downloaded to either Excel or Excel xlsx. Since yesterday I can only download to CSV.

Hi Lisa - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

That function has been changed somewhat recently to only export to CSV and not Excel anymore. You can download and then pull into Excel.
