Why am I getting an error when I go to the Fly Ai tab in Jira?

I'm trying to log into Jira, and when I click on the Fly Ai tab, I get an error message saying to contact support. Can you help me resolve this issue?

Are you referring to the Rovo (Atlassian's AI)?

Also, could you provide a few more details about the error? If possible, please share a screenshot of the message you're seeing

I'm getting this kind of error, and while other tabs work, FlyAi results in this error.

Could you please check with your Jira or board administrator to confirm that you have permission to access this? Also, please try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then try again
