Why adding a comment to existing issue via email stops after some time?

Hi all ,

I created Incoming mail handler to create a new issue or add comment to existing one. I tested it several time manually from my email and from python script and everything was okay. Yesterday, when I was trying to add comment to existing one (adding issue key to email subject), nothing happens. There is no any error or something in rule automation, they are not even triggered so that is not the problem I guess.

Does anyone know why is that happening?

Also, I created new handler to create a comment from the entire email body and when I put issue key that exists, nothing happens.
