I am able to access my JIRA tickets only through JIRA PRODUCT DISCOVERY. I don't know why I am not able to access tickets via JIRA. Has anyone experienced same thing?

Hi @ks_won

Have you tried opening one of those tickets directly using its Jira URL?

If you can access the issue from Jira Product Discovery but not from Jira, it would be useful to know what happens when you open the same issue directly. For example, do you get an “Access denied” message, a 404, or are you redirected somewhere else?

Also, could you confirm whether your account has access to the Jira product and to the project where those issues are located?

Having access to Jira Product Discovery does not necessarily mean that you have the same access to Jira.

Hi @ks_won

Do you mean you can see Jira tickets within JPD, based on that they are linked to an idea?

Can you select an work item, will you be redirected to Jira or do you get an error?

If you get an error, this is probably, that you don't have aa Jira license granted. by your admin or you don't have permissions on the space the work item is in.

Here on the portal we can't grant access to instances, spaces. This is a public community forum for users of Atlassian product to help each other, but we can't access instances or grant access to instances.

Not even official Atlassian Support will honour such a request.

You will need to contact an admin of the instance or the IT department of the company the instance belongs to.
