The issue appears to be caused by an incident. The developers have deployed a fix for it, and the Jira business boards should be fully operational and visible again.

My apologies. Riding on the same topic, my team is facing the same issue. Missing the board display. Similarly showing the Business Space.

What type of Space does this concern? Click the ... button next to the Space name in the navigation panel on the left. What are the last two lines at the bottom of the pop up?
Can you provide screen images of the Board and the List views?

I don't see any active incidents on the status page.

The same has happened for some of our boards too. Not all though and I am looking for a consistency.
It seems to be "Business Spaces" not "Software Spaces"
