When converting an JIRA inconsistency to an anomaly, I fill the correct "Customer Severity" and "Customer Occurrence", but the "Customer Impact Score" is NOT available in the converted anomaly, and there is no way to manually update the score. Not sure from when this issue appear, but the function worked previously.

Current behavior is terrible!!

I assume that "inconsistency" and "anomaly" are types of issue in your Jira.

My best guess is that the "Customer impact score" is a field that is not configured for use on the anomaly issue type.

Check the field's context and the issue type's field configuration in the project, those two can affect the move function.

Also, try going to an existing anomaly, editing it, and use "where's my field" from the field menu at the top right - that can tell you if there is a problem with context, field config or screen.
