Hi,
Me and others in the company I work in are not getting any Jira email notification
We checked email notification settings and everything looks fine
Our IT department is not seeing any issues with the email client we use
And still, we don't get any email notification from Jira about tickets update
Surprisingly I am getting push notifications on my Jira app installed on my mobile
But I really need to have the email notifications as well
Can someone please advise how we can resolve this issue?

You may want to contact Atlassian Support about this, sometimes email addresses ends up on Atlassian's suppression list if the email bounces.
