Why I have no access on the function which I have access before?

Today I found I have no access to this link which I did have accessed it days back: https://razorgroupgmbh.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/5/group/19/create/62

The response of page is: It seems that your account paul.fong@razor-group.com doesn't have access to the help center.
Try contacting your admins to grant you permissions.

I opened the link https://razorgroupgmbh.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/5/group/19/create/62 and could not find any issues. 

If there is any issue with your account, you should contact your organization jira admins.
