There is a custom field in the Issue screen called TPM. The purpose of this field is to set a person in the TPM role. I have following roles in this project:
...but I cannot set myself in the TPM filed:

Hi @Mateusz Malochleb and welcome to our Community!
It seems to me that there's something behind this field, some logic that prevents your username to be set as a value to this field.
Can you log in as another user and try to do the same?
What version of Jira software do you use? Is it Cloud or Server?
What field type is TPM? Is it basic "User Picker" or something else?
P.S. Nice capture, btw. Everything is clear without too many words :)
I asked two other people - one has administrative permissions - no success.
It's on Cloud: spring.atlassian.net
I found the TPM field definition. It is in Issues -> Custom Fields. It's "User picker & Groups searcher".
BTW... I reached to our local JIRA admin and she found that she sees additional user configuration option in the JIRA Settings. From there it is possible to add me to the group set in the "User Filtering" in custom field configuration.
Other solution would be to remove the "User Filtering" from the custom field configuration.
The problem is solved. Thanks.
