Hi there,
I successfully use google account authentication and login to Jira(and have access to the project I work for) but have problems to do so if I use the Atlassian Login form. Is there particular separation between these two authentication methods? What can I do in order to use Atlassian authentication? I really need it because I would like to import some tests in Zephyr for Jira system as I use an appropriate tool(Zhephyr Testcase Importer) which use username/password authentication in order to connect to Jira.
Hello,
If you registered form a google account, then when you enter the Atlassian Login form, choose the Log in With Google:
Yes, this is the only way I can authenticate and login. My question is related with the possibility of using atlassian login form as well. I need it as authentication method when use an external tool that can connect to Jira.
