Why I am able to rearrange items in Portfolio for Jira if my filter behind isn't sort by rank?

Hi together,

I have a simple plan only with initiatives for now. All initiatives have an value for Safe's WSJF:

project = "Portfolio for Jira for Productmanagers" AND type = Initiative ORDER BY WSJF DESC  

My expectaion is that in my plan I cannot move the initiaves by hand in the scope table. But this is possible. Out of my point of view this is a bug and the behavior should be similar to the behavior on a Knaben board. There I am not able to move issues around if I omit the rank field in the ORDER BY clause.
